Christians have defined stewardship as “appropriately allocating resources.” Out of fear of being prideful, Christians have hidden their talents in the backyard and protected what they have been given. As the parable of the talents shows us, this is the opposite of what stewardship in the Kingdom of God looks like. Christians are called to steward their talents and treasures towards increase! It is time for christians to be the light of the world, not a light hidden and protected under a bushel.
